NATIONAL VOCATIONAL
QUALIFICATIONS

National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ’s) are based on national occupational standards. These standards are statements of performance that describe what competent people in a particular occupation are expected to be able to do. They cover all the main aspects of occupation including current best practice and safety requirements and the knowledge and understanding that underpin competent performance.

Our NVQ’s are delivered at your discretion and are designed to provide minimal disruption to the learner and your business; the entire process is delivered on site avoiding any unnecessary downtime. NVQ’s are evidence-based, and our time served assessors will guide learners through the entire process, assisting in collating any job-specific evidence and mapping this to the standards set out by the relevant awarding body. The duration of the NVQ is very much learner-lead and subject to evidence held on record and tasks currently being carried out on site on a day-to-day basis, understandably it is important that all learners are actively working in their occupation in order to be able to complete a relevant NVQ.
